The founder behind this creative venture. Born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii, I made my way to Texas as a young adult, seeking new opportunities and experiences.

Creativity has always been my driving force. I've constantly searched for ways to bring my ideas to life in tangible ways. One day, during one of my conversations with God while driving, the idea of charcuterie came to mind. It felt like the perfect blend of passion and purpose.
